With Hebephrenic schizophrenia, the client of long hospitalization for unstable condition was discharged successfully. This client was aware of her disorder from activities experience, became more adaptable to daily living by rehabilitative approach for attention disorder. For prevention of recurrence, the client and occupational therapist made a manual from view point of Nakai's theory of recovery process. In this report, I consider attention disorder, the meaning of activity in awareness of disorder, and a manual for her own crisis intervention.
