ネット型スポーツは，基本技術獲得に多くの時間を必要とすることが多いため、ラリーができるまで時間を多く必要とする傾向がある。ラケットの操作性が易しいことから，すぐにラリーを楽しむことができ，動く範囲が大きくないことから，体力的な負荷をかけずにプレーすることができる「パデル」を教材とした。球技（ネット型） におけるプログラム作成を目指しており，今年度が，実施1 年目である。今年度の実施内容・結果について報告する。
Net and wall games require a lot of time to acquire basic skills. Therefore it takes a while before a rally can be held. Padel is easy to aquire since it has a racket short. As a result, everyone can enjoy the rally immediately. In addition, since the range of movement is not large, it can be played without putting a lot of physical burden. Focusing on this padel as a teaching material, I aim to create a program for Padel. This year is the first year of implementation. I will report the implementation details and results of the year.
