抄録	By the functional method of observation, it was attempted to clarify the role of Ca in the contracting mechanism of drugs in the spiral strips of rabbit's pulmonary artery. Various methods of analysis were used in order to obtain informations as detailed as possible. The analysis by means of the shape of contraction curve, and that by means of the concentration-action curve, which had not so far been widely utilized, proved considerably useful.
