抄録（自由利用可）	【目的】本研究は、学生の特性や不安の内容に沿った、効果的な実習指導に資するために、看護学生のHighly Sensitive Person（以下 HSP）特性と領域別看護学実習における不安との関係を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】領域別看護学実習直前の大学3 年生対象とし、「Highly Sensitive Person Scale 日本版（以下、HSPS-J19）」と「領域別看護学実習不安評価尺度」を用いたアンケート調査を行った。 HSPS-J19 の総得点が高い上位20％をHSP 群、それ以外を非HSP 群とし、HSP 特性と領域別看護学実習における不安との関係について、Mann-Whitney U 検定（Z 値）を用いて分析を行った。【結果】58 名を分析対象とした。11 名をHSP 群、47 名を非HSP 群とした。領域別看護学実習不安評価尺度の総得点の中央値はHSP 群：99.00 点、非HSP 群：90.00 点で、有意な差が見られた（Z=-2.590, p=0.010）。第1 因子（実習中の対人関係に対する不安）の中央値はHSP 群： 39.00 点、非HSP 群：34.00 点で、有意な差が見られた（Z=-2.474, p=0.013）。第2 因子（実習における自己の能力に対する不安）の中央値はHSP 群：24.00 点、非HSP 群：21.00 点で、有意な差が見られた（Z=-2.593, p=0.010）。第3 因子（看護実践に対する不安）の中央値はHSP 群：37.00 点、非HSP 群：35.00 点で、有意な差が見られなかった（Z=-1.937, p=0.053）。【考察】分析の結果、HSP特性を持つ学生の方が、実習における対人関係と自己能力に対する不安が高いことが明らかになった。指導教員や臨地指導者は学生のこれらの不安を把握した上で、学生が対人関係や自身の能力についてどのように捉えているのかを共有し、学生が自身の特性に気づき、経験を次の実践にいかせるよう関わることが重要である。
抄録（自由利用可）	This study examined the relationship between highly sensitive person (HSP) traits and anxiety levels among nursing students during the Specific Field Nursing Practicum, aiming to inform tailored practicum guidance. A survey was conducted among third-year university students utilizing the Japanese version of the 19-item Highly Sensitive Person Scale (HSPS-J19) and a scale assessing anxiety toward specific nursing practicum fields. Among the 58 participants, 11 were identified as HSP. HSP students demonstrated significantly higher median total scores for practicum-related anxiety compared to non-HSP students (Z = -2.590, p = 0.010). Substantial disparities were observed in anxiety related to interpersonal relationships (Z = -2.474, p = 0.013) and personal abilities (Z = -2.593, p = 0.010), although no significant difference was found in anxiety associated with nursing practice (Z = -1.937, p = 0.053). These findings highlight heightened anxiety levels among HSP students in interpersonal interactions and self-perceived capabilities during the practicum. Therefore, instructors and clinical supervisors should provide targeted support, focusing on understanding students’ concerns and their perceptions of interpersonal relationships and personal abilities. By understanding the concerns of students, exploring how they perceive interpersonal relationships, and fostering self-awareness through their experiences, educators can better support HSP students.
