This paper is collectively written by a research group whose discussion is based on the commonly experienced practice in "Nobiyaka Space Arch", a satellite center of Action Research Center for Human and Community Development of Kobe University. Inclusive society shall be produced by transformation through learning of individual members in society. Our practice in "Arch" aims at producing mutual learning through intimate communication on social issues experienced by various members. The perspective of this research project is on individual transformation toward inclusive society based on human rights. Therefore education for inclusive society includes not only inclusive education at schools but informal education in the field of any kind of sectors. After looking at some practices in both schools and communities, we clarified some issues on education for inclusive society. First, education should be collaborated by many practices run by various agents with various backgrounds, thus individuals can flexibly select relation, place and role according to individual situation. Secondly, informal education for inclusive society should be strongly activated, because even facilitators in informal education are not often conscious in educational effects in practices. Thirdly, practices should be based deeply on consciousness raising on issues, and also should be conscious of orienting system changes for inclusive society.
