These days, closed shops are seen more frequently especially in suburbs. These decreasing of shops cause many problems, for example deterioration of the public security due to depopulation. In this study, to revitalize one shopping street, called konan-hondori-syoutengai, was targeted. First of all, I accompanied hyogo ·education university research team to learn circumstance and issues of Nusliima island, which is one of the depopulation areas. Secondly, it was succeeded to have a cooperation from director of the shopping street association. After that, I planned and did a Xmas event with its target "To make more close relation between shopping street and neighbors and to revitalize the street." in Desember,21, 2019. Only purchased people allowed to join this event. It is because in order that it could be tested how effective this event was to incline people to buy some products in the shopping street by counting the number of receipts On that day, I had 164 participants, 56 receipts of 85070 yen in total. After the event, the director appreciated that this event played a big role and did great contribution.
