本稿では，中等教育学校における恒等式の項目における未定係数の決定問題に焦点を当てる．恒等式を取り巻く現在の中等教育の状況を概観しつつ，2 通りの解法の比較と数学的な分析を通して，恒等式に対する見方の差異を見出す．
We focus on the method of undetermined coefficients in identities on secondary-school mathematics. We observe the current situation on instructing identities in secondary schools. We also find the differences in views of identities through comparison of two methods of undetermined coefficients in identities and analysis from mathematical viewpoint.
